Visiting the Arusha Giraffe Centre
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By booking a visit to the Arusha Giraffe Centre (“AGC”), all visitors and tour operators acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in full, without exception.
2. Payment and Booking
- All visits must be paid in prior to leaving the centre. Cash, proof of bank transfer or cards are accepted.
3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- AGC operates a strict no-refund policy. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling options will be provided for missed visits.
- Late arrivals will forfeit their booking without compensation.
- Any attempts to reschedule are subject to AGC’s sole discretion and will incur additional fees.
4. Liability Waiver
- Visitors enter and participate in activities at AGC entirely at their own risk.
- AGC, its staff, affiliates, and representatives bear no responsibility for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or losses, including but not limited to damage to personal property, regardless of cause.
- AGC is not liable for acts of nature, including but not limited to adverse weather, animal behaviour, or force majeure events.
- Visitors assume full responsibility for their personal safety and belongings.
5. Conduct and Safety Regulations
- Visitors must strictly follow all guidelines provided by AGC staff at all times.
- Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
- AGC reserves the right to deny entry or remove any visitor at its sole discretion.
6. Credit Terms
- AGC does not extend unauthorised credit under any circumstances.
7. Management Rights
- The management reserves the right to refuse entry for any reason.
8. Amendments to Terms
- AGC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- It is the visitor’s responsibility to review these terms before booking and arrival.
By proceeding with a booking, visitors and agents confirm they have read, understood, and accepted these terms unconditionally. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry or further action as deemed necessary by AGC.
